Sept 28 (Interfax) - The U.S. Embassy's press service in Moscow confirmed that
Moscow police informed the diplomatic mission of a possible terrorist attack at
about noon on Friday.
Moscow
police informed the U.S. Embassy of a terrorist threat at 12.25 Moscow time on
Friday, the press service told Interfax. Appropriate actions are being taken,
the press service added.
A
source in Moscow law enforcement told Interfax that an unknown woman phoned Moscow
police at about noon on Friday saying that a terrorist attack was about to take
place at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. The embassy is located on Novinsky Boulevard.
