Spiritual Female Problems Author:
Moses Nsubuga Sekatawa IF
you are turned off by preachers who belch out the Lord's word, screaming their
heads off, here is a consolation. The
book Spiritual Female Problems is just a record of what we have seen many pastors
say during healing sessions. The
title was a discouragement, the reader being male. But what better way to understand
who you are than understanding the person you love. So, this is not just about
the spiritual problems of women. The
problems are not just spiritual but also sexual. The author mainly uses examples
of women. And he makes them universal subjects by using references like Miss P. The
beginning is broader and interesting when the author explains how to make covenants
with evil. He uses teenage examples like "loving you until Lake Victoria
dries up" to show just how easy we sign pacts with the devil. His forte is
regular reference to Bible verses. Then
comes the horrific narratives after the pace has been set. That
women have spirit husbands due to some influences that may be unknown to them
like shaking during church service. Shaking
in church explains such things as miscarriages. But since a few have managed to
overcome it, there is hope in Jesus Christ. The
subject of witchcraft and curses has also been solved in this small text.
For
the long prayer the pastor advises the women with such spiritual/sexual to recite,
you may need the company of an authority since it may raise demons too strong
for you. The
book says prayer which asks God to dispel off problems that can afflict a single
woman should be said out loud. But the author does not explain why this particular
prayer should be said out loud. He perhaps imagines that by these pages, the reader
should be converted. The
book may provide hope for women having trouble in relationships. For the men,
there is Spiritual Male Problems.
