Stop ghost hunts at old cemetery

I think it is absolutely wonderful that the Brownsville Historical Association is planning a restoration for the Old City Cemetery. My grandmother, Hortencia Gomez, passed away in May and was buried there where my grandfather and other relatives were buried as well.

I hope that with the restoration comes an end to the city cemetery ghost hunts. I find it disrespectful and distasteful.

If my grandmother were a ghost, she’d smack the person conducting these hunts with her chancla! BHA, please put a stop to this and continue the great work you are doing with the Hudson kids.
