Missing Person - Stephen Morgan

Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing man from Chard.

Stephen Morgan, 34, went missing from the Chard area on August 23 and has not been seen since.

Stephen has been described as vulnerable and police and his family are concerned for his welfare.

He is a white man, 6ft tall, of slim build and has auburn or blonde short hair which is slightly longer on top. He was wearing blue jeans, a blue denim short sleeved shirt and a navy blue pullover fleece.

It is possible Stephen may be sleeping rough in the Woodbury Common area of Exmouth.
